Booking

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all session dates and times. Payments can be made via cash, Zelle, or approved website payment methods. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer is received.

Clients are given a 24-hour window to submit the retainer after requesting a date. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being released or canceled.

Submission of the retainer signifies the client’s agreement to all KentaVisionz policies.

For collaborations or creative projects booked without payment (“TFP” or free work), KentaVisionz retains full ownership and rights to all images produced, with the ability to use them at any time for any purpose.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full either before the scheduled session or immediately following the shoot. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, or website payments. Checks are not accepted.

A $25 late fee will be applied if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. After 20 minutes, the session may be canceled at the photographer’s discretion. Session times will not be extended due to late arrival.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee if the client cancels.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may qualify for either:

    • A one-time reschedule credit, or

    • A 50% refund of the retainer

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for refunds. However, clients may reschedule once at no additional cost within 30 days, based on availability.

KentaVisionz reserves the right to refuse future bookings from clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows.

If KentaVisionz is unable to fulfill the session due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to illness, emergencies, acts of God, or equipment failure), all payments made will be refunded. No further liability will be assumed beyond the amount paid.

Image Delivery

Proof galleries are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the session. Final edited images are delivered within 4–7 business days after the client selects their images.

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, holidays, or peak booking periods.

Agreement

By booking a session and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
